Renting meeting rooms in Antwerp

The business center has small and large different meeting rooms which can be rented separately or together. There is also the possibility to book a quiet workplace for a couple of hours, a so-called “coworking space”. The rental of the meeting rooms can be fixed on an hourly basis, per half day or per whole day. CUBE has a spacious entrance hall with reception area. You will be welcomed by a professional reception team from CUBE who will also be at your service if you have any particular questions, needs or wishes.

In addition to the meeting rooms, CUBE also offers many facilities. For example, you can use office equipment, a large equipped kitchen with lunch area, and the spacious sun terrace. If you rent a meeting room, water, coffee and tea are all included. If you would like sandwiches or catering, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Then we can make you a customized proposal. In terms of IT, there is a copy corner, which is shared with all the meeting rooms in the business center. CUBE provides Wi-Fi everywhere and optionally a digital smartboard can be used. CUBE arranges the necessary insurance against fire, smoke damage, (thunder)storm, water damage and glass breakage.
